12 Wentworth Selborne Chambers welcomes Nakhul Bagwat and Georgia Appleby to the floor.

Before being called to the Bar, Nakhul was a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, where he acted on a broad range of disputes with a focus on financial services litigation. Prior to that, he was a Senior Solicitor in the public law team at Legal Aid NSW. Nakul was also previously an Associate to the Hon. Justice Nye Perram of the Federal Court of Australia and a solicitor at Linklaters in London.

Georgia possesses over 9 years of experience working as a solicitor in private practice, most recently as a Senior Associate at Maddocks. She has had carriage of matters in the Supreme Court of NSW, the Court of Appeal, the Land and Environment Court, and in other tribunals and commissions of inquiry including ICAC. Georgia has been recognized by Doyle’s Guide multiple times.
