Jaye Alderson

Jaye Alderson was called to the New South Wales Bar in 2015. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, arbitration, employment and industrial disputes, regulatory matters, work health and safety, criminal law and public law. She appears frequently in trial and appellate courts across Australia, as well as before inquiries and the ICAC, and she is regularly briefed to conduct internal investigations.

Before coming to the Bar, Jaye practised in the commercial litigation team at Allens, worked in the Australian Federal Police’s Proceeds of Crime team, and served as Associate to the Hon Justice Carmel McLure, then President of the Western Australia Court of Appeal.

Jaye is recognised in Doyle’s Guide and The Legal 500: Asia Pacific. She also holds rights of audience before the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts.
