Louise Dargan

Louise was admitted as a solicitor in 2010 and called to the Bar in May 2024. She accepts briefs in all areas of law.

As a solicitor, Louise had a range of experience in public law, commercial law and inquiries. Immediately prior to coming to the bar, Louise was a senior lawyer at the Crown Solicitor’s Office in the constitutional and administrative law team. She was previously a senior legal officer at the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse and worked in commercial litigation (construction and arbitration) at Clayton Utz.

In 2011-2012, Louise was tipstaff and research director to the Hon J L B Allsop AO, who was then the President of the NSW Court of Appeal.
