Biography

Marcel practises primarily in the areas of commercial law, equity, trusts, corporations, strata matters, insolvency, wills and probate. Marcel was previously a solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills working in commercial litigation and an Associate and Tipstaff to the Hon Justice Emmett. He accepts briefs in all areas of law.
