Biography
Michael was called to the bar in 1991 and established a practice primarily in the District Court and Equity Division of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. He has appeared both led and as leader in the High Court of Australia.
He has also appeared in complex Construction Law related Arbitrations including the World Square Development; The International Airport and Ryde Tunnel.
Michael gained mediation qualifications through LEADR and has conducted numerous mediations of a most varied range. His areas of expertise include complex commercial and technical cases, contractual disputes and family provision and probate.
His appointments have included District and Local Court Arbitrator and as Course Coordinator and guest lecturer in Evidence.
