Biography
Nakul accepts briefs in all areas of law. He has particular experience in commercial, regulatory and public law matters.
Before being called to the Bar, Nakul was a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, where he acted on a broad range of disputes with a focus on financial services regulatory litigation. Prior to that, he was a Senior Solicitor in the public law team at Legal Aid NSW. Nakul was also previously an Associate to the Hon. Justice Nye Perram of the Federal Court of Australia and a solicitor at Linklaters in London.
Nakul holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons I) and a Bachelor of Arts (Politics) (with Distinction) from the University of New South Wales.
