Nicholas Bilinsky

Nicholas Bilinsky was called to the Bar in early 2004 following practice as a commercial solicitor at Allens Arthur Robinson (formerly Allen Allen & Hemsley). He holds Honours degrees in both Arts and Law from the University of Sydney and a Masters of Philosophy in Classics from the University of Cambridge.

He specialises principally in the area of probate and succession law but also has extensive experience in the area of general equity (trusts) and commercial law.

Nicholas has both interstate and appellate experience in the area of wills, probate and estate litigation and has been listed as one of Australia’s leading junior counsel in the field of succession litigation in the 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 editions of the Doyle’s Guide.
