Biography
Before coming to the Bar, Nicholas was Tipstaff to the Honourable Justice P A Bergin CJ in Eq at the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Previously, he was a lawyer at Allens in the Banking & Finance practice group.
Nicholas has a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Civil Law (Distinction) from the University of Oxford. Nicholas attended Oxford on the Peter Cameron Sydney-Oxford Scholarship.
