Phoebe was admitted as a solicitor in 2017 and called to the Bar in 2023. Phoebe accepts briefs in all areas of law, with a focus on criminal law.

Before being called to the Bar, Phoebe was a Senior Federal Prosecutor at the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions where she prosecuted a broad range of Federal offences including cybercrime, counterfeit currency, money laundering, fraud, accessing/possessing child abuse material, grooming/procuring children, overseas sexual abuse of children and illegal drug importation. In addition to instructing in trials, she appeared as a solicitor advocate in sentences, bail hearings, extradition applications and severity appeals.

Previously, Phoebe was an Associate to the Honourable Justice Abraham at the Federal Court of Australia and a solicitor at Allens.
