Prevailed in High-Profile Media Rights Case Against Paul Hogan: Successfully represented multiple Australian newspapers in a landmark case concerning access to court documents involving Paul Hogan. Sole counsel before the Full Federal Appeal Court, led by Jackson QC at the High Court. Hogan v Australian Crime Commission (2010) 240 CLR 651.
Established a Key Precedent in Home Building Negligence Law: Established the leading case defining the minimum requirements for pleading negligence claims in home building disputes, providing clarity for builders and developers. Owners – Strata Plan No 87060 v Loulach Developments Pty Ltd (No 2) [2021] NSWSC 1068.
Won Complex Will Construction Case linked to Corporate Share Ownership law: Successfully argued for a specific construction of a will at trial and on appeal, based on a nuanced understanding of joint corporate share ownership in law and equity. De Lorenzo v De Lorenzo (2020) 104 NSWLR 155.
Defended Franchise Founders in Multi-Million Dollar Contract Dispute: Defended the founders of a national franchise against a multi-million-dollar contractual claim. Ultimately led by Merkel QC. Western Export Services Inc And Others v Jireh International Pty Ltd (2011) 282 ALR 604; (2011) 86 ALJR 1.
