Louise Moussa

Louise was admitted to practice in 2013 and was called to the New South Wales Bar in 2022. She accepts briefs in all areas of law, with a focus on civil and commercial disputes, equity, insurance and professional negligence litigation, inquests and commissions of inquiry.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Louise was a special counsel at HWL Ebsworth in the litigation and dispute resolution team. She acted for a broad range of clients, including NSW government departments, national and international banks, insurers, private individuals and small to medium sized companies. Louise has had primary conduct of proceedings in the Supreme, District and Local Courts of New South Wales, the Federal Court of Australia and in the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory.
